1st Impression of Haji Lane & Cat Cafe
Sorry i have been like missing for awhile from blogging lately. I just didn't find anything much to blog about (and i was A LITTLE lazy).
HAJI LANE
So recently my dear friend Madihah brought me to explore Haji Lane and visit a Cat Cafe! It sounds like it is my first time in that place but it actually is my first time being at Haji Lane and a Cat Cafe. (while writing this, i keep typing car cafe instead of cat cafe, so well well this is a new great idea.)
Walking through Haji Lane was pretty nice and a very unique experience especially for someone like me because i never came to this kind of places before. The feeling of the art and the vintage-ness (if that is a word) really open my eyes that Singapore actually had this kind of places.
MEOWMI CAT CAFE
So i did say i expected more because i seen pictures of the Clark Quey cat cafe and it has the window lighting and everything to make a very great photo of the cats. Because this is an enclosed area, the only lighting is from the light bulbs. And this resulted in a very hard time for me to take good photos of the cats because i really had to pump up the ISO and have a slow shutter speed.
But still here are some of the cat photos i took for all the CAT LOVERS out there:
So this is Madihah TRYING to take a selfie with a cat but it seems like the cat didn't even care.
SO SADDDDDD :(

So let me introduce my tour guide to you, this is Madihah that brought me here. I was kinda lost out here and i didn't really know what to expect. I feel like i didn't born in Singapore.
Before i came here, i imagined Haji lane to be very different. My imagination had a river in it and the ambience was something like clarke quey at night. But i was pretty wrong about that haha!
So i'm actually not sure if this is all of Haji Lane because i think that it's too small and i heard from my other friends that it has many streets and it is very big.

I really love the feeling of the place it gives me. Almost never i would see this kind of places (yet) around Singapore.
So now after that, we went to the CAT CAFE at Haji Lane. You have no idea how hard was it for us to find this cafe because we walked round and round.. (tour guide is still beginner level).
MEOWMI CAT CAFE
Price: $13 for 1st hour (comes with a drink)
Okay so the way i imagined it to be is totally different (as usual) and i expected more actually. So when we finally found the cat cafe (that is called "MEOWMI CAT CAFE"), she was really excited about playing with the cats.

So this is how the cafe look like with the cushion on the floor for you to seat and a comfy cat pillow with it and a table for you to put your drinks and food.
Most of the cats are sleeping when we were there and i ain't really a cat person because it was quite boring because they didn't want to play with me. I WANT A DOG CAFE!
All their sleeping poses make me feeling like sleeping... OKAY I AM AWAKE NOW!

2 Cats are hiding up there sleeping
So overall this was a pretty unique experience and the service from the staff is friendly and outgoing. Even though i expected more , i enjoyed myself. So if you are a cat lover, go check it out if you haven't because the cats there are GORGEOUS and SUPER CUTE! And the good thing is that they didn't scratch me.
So thank you for reading my blog , i really appreciate your time reading this and i really hope you enjoyed reading and have a blessed day ahead.
